There are mainly two types:

  • Whole Wheat Flour (Atta): Made by grinding the entire wheat grain, retaining bran, germ, and endosperm, making it rich in fiber and nutrients.
  • Refined Wheat Flour (Maida): Made by processing and refining wheat grains, producing a fine, white flour commonly used in bakery items.
