Refund and Returns Policy

1. Returns Eligibility

Due to the nature of our products, return eligibility depends on the item type:

  • However, if your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery for a resolution.
  • Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery
  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item was received in error or damaged.

2 Refunds

Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

  • Item was out of stock and you were charged
  • You received a wrong, expired, or damaged product
  • You canceled your order before dispatch.

3. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order.

  • Once your order is out for delivery, it cannot be canceled.
