- Main Ingredient: Whole Wheat Grains
- Form: Fine powder (light brown to cream-colored, depending on milling process)

- Shelf Life: 2–3 months (whole wheat flour) / 6–8 months (refined flour), if stored properly
- Storage: Keep in an airtight container, in a cool and dry place, away from moisture and pests
There are mainly two types:
- Whole Wheat Flour (Atta): Made by grinding the entire wheat grain, retaining bran, germ, and endosperm, making it rich in fiber and nutrients.
- Refined Wheat Flour (Maida): Made by processing and refining wheat grains, producing a fine, white flour commonly used in bakery items.
Wheat Flour is a rich source of carbohydrates, dietary fiber, protein, and essential minerals like iron and magnesium. It provides energy, supports digestion, and is an important part of a balanced diet.
